Recipient's name, with correct spelling
Recipient's mailing address
Recipient's telephone number
Your VISA or MasterCard account number with expiration date

GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE ESPECIALLY POPULAR AS CHRISTMAS GIFTS.
Please allow two days for us to prepare a gift certificate for you, and up to one week for mailing. If you need the gift certificate immediately, we can send to you by overnight mail at an extra
charge of $15. Christmas gift certificates should be ordered at least three weeks prior to presentation to ensure their timely arrival. October is not to soon to purchase your Christmas gift certificates!

A gift certificate may be used at any time for one year, or the recipient can call or write to extend the expiration date at any time. The recipient is responsible for any charges after one year.

The recipient is urged to use the certificate promptly, and to make reservations well in advance, as The Legacy of Williamsburg Bed and Breakfast Inn is often booked far ahead.

At different seasons of the year different length of stay requirements are in effect.

Please call to inquire about available rooms and dates, so that we may help you select the best reservation for your needs and interests.

Policies regarding deposit, cancellation and refund apply to reservations made using gift certificates.

Three weeks notice is required in the event of a cancellation in order for a gift certificate to be refunded or transferred to another date.
