Policies at our williamsburg bed and breakfast

Any cancellations must be made via telephone, not e-mail

Reservations cancelled 30 days in advance of the arrival date will incur a $25.00 cancellation fee only.

All cancellations and changes of a reservation inside 30 days of the arrival date will be charged the FULL AMOUNT  OF THE ENTIRE STAY( regardless of the reason for non-arrival or early departure) Should we be able to rebook your entire stay, you will only incur the $25 cancellation fee.

December Reservations, holidays, grand illumination and special events (W&M graduation) are NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON.
Once your reservation has been placed and confirmed, you will be responsible for the entire balance should you need to cancel for any reason.
Cancellation of a confirmed reservation inside the 30 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in no refund being given, regardless of the reason and for non-arrival or early departure and you will be charged the total amount due.
Should we be able to rebook your entire stay you will only incur the $25.00 cancellation fee.
All reservations for multiple room reservations are not refundable. Any cancellation or changes once the reservation has been confirmed will be charged the total amount due.

Rooms in our Inn are limited. A cancellation affects us greatly because it affords us little time to re-book the room. Should situations arise requiring a change or cancellation in your reservation, we of course sympathize, but must maintain a business policy and stand by our cancellation policy. 

Gift certificates are non-refundable and good for one year from date of issue. THE ABOVE CANCELLATION POLICY PERTAINS TO GIFT CERTIFICATES AND GIFT CARDS AS WELL

The Legacy must be advised when the reservation is  made if you are using a GIFT CARD or GIFT CERTIFICATE.

• Free lighted off street parking
• No pets
• Smoking is allowed in gazebo and on outside porches
• 2 night minimum required on weekends (Friday and Saturday) call
• 3 night minimum on holidays & special event weekends. call
• Check-in time is 3 P.M. and checkout time is 10:30 AM
• Guests over 14 please.
